No it would not be legal here are the CA restrictions **** are banned features that this rifle has "Semi-automatic centerfire rifles that do not have a fixed magazine, but have any one of the following features: *******exceeds 10 rounds *******o Pistol grip – a grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the firearm. o Thumbhole stock *******o Folding or telescoping stock o Grenade or flare launcher *******o Flash suppressor or flash hider o Foregrip – a grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the barrel and in front of the action" budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf

Here's the restrictions too budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf We can't own firearms with over 10 round magazines. That LWRC comes with 30 so thats why its out.
