Hi Pet, Yes this lower will accept a "Drop In" Auto Sear. This would be Low shelf in the firearm world.

the Rugger is an "low to Mid" Shelf rifle on the same playing field as the S&W M&P Sport. It will take an Auto Sear as it uses a Full Auto Bolt carrier.
