No Gary. This is 38 Special "Revolver" ammunition. You will need 380acp ammunition for your LCP 380. Comparison between the two here : (google.com/search?q=38+vs+380&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjNtfzjw6jbAhURslMKHZdZCLQQ_AUICigB&biw=1280&bih=618#imgrc=_qqT02KZ1GraiM:) These are the rounds you can safely use : budsgunshop.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=656_2082_823&filter_id=340&caliber_id=10000716

NO GARY!! POTENTIAL CATASTROPHIC FAILURE CAN/WILL LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY SHOOTING THE WRONG/IMPROPER CALIBER THROUGH YOUR FIRE ARM!! 380 ACP is far different then .38 special!! USE ONLY SPECIFIED AMMO FOR YOUR FIREARM! Even if it's the same caliber some firearms cannot take "HOTTER" loads such as +P or ++P. Hope this helps best of luck
