I assume you are stationed in FL. if so yes you can have it shipped ther to a local FFL. You will have to show a set of orders to prove that you are stationed in FL. James If he is still active (on 1st enlistment) he may not have a DD214 he can also receive a gun in whatever state he is stationed in (may have to show FFL his orders) I am retired Navy and used my orders to buy in just about every state I was stationed in while retaining my SC residence (now live in NC)

Jacob, you are "Active Military" now and only need your DD-214 to purchase. The pistol would have to be shipped to your state of residence to an FFL for transfer to you. You would just need to check with your selected FFL if you are not available to pick it up just yet, will they hold it for you.
