  • Good catch, someone should correct that contradiction in the listing. Add to the problem the fact that the model number listed (1138) does not exist according to Ruger. The model number should be 5 digits with 11138 being camo takedown stock and 21138 the M1 wood stock . I wouldn't buy until the listing is sorted out.   • It is hardwood stock, if its model #1138. The mistake in this listing likely occurred because somebody entered the specs for model # 11138, which is camo pattern. The reviewers also suggests its a military replica style, which suggests to me solid brown stock. But if you're still concerned, I would call 1-859-368-0371 and hope they can clarify it better.
