It is "Re-manufactured" Ammunition Michael as the ammo is not 1st time loaded with all brand new components. That being said, it is actually decent and clean shooting ammunition.

ten x ring ammo is a custom reloader this ammo is federal "pull down" ammo. Pulled down usually means they were disassembled for components. it appears that they were disassembled and put back together and being sold as pull down ammo I would contact TenX for more info before purchasing TEN-X AMMUNITION, INC.
