  • Absolutely no function differences other than a higher element resistant finish Thomas. If you properly maintain your firearms then this is even less of an issue. A decent cleaning and storage in anti rust gun bags and you will be good with either.

  • There are zero differences in functionality. The stainless model is simply better for hardcore use in nature’s conditions. To me it also looks nice. I’m not saying a blues finish would get all rusted and messed up. I can do the same as long as you clean it. The stainless is just more resistant to rust and other stuff. A lot of my rifles are stainless just because I like the look. I also have blued stuff and they work just as fine. It actually takes a lot for a gun to start getting rusted and blemished. It would really have to be a neglected gun.
