  • Joseph, I prefer the "Instant On" as the laser is activated with the movement of drawing. It is quicker and takes the loss of fine motor skills out of the equation in a potential "High Stress" scenario.

  • for a defense gun I agree with James for a range gun I would then look at the manual laser the only real issue with the instant on is that there may be a time when you want the gun at the ready without the light or laser being activated
