Mine jammed (20 gauge 11-87) and I found that the ejector was formed in a die and by displacing metal from the barrel. There is no ejector you can remove and when it gets worn the shells would just flip around and get stuck backwards in the action. I drilled it out and threaded the hole then made an ejector that screwed into the hole, brazed it and it has worked fine ever since. If you have no machining skills you may just want to send it back to Remington or buy a new barrel.

Macon, I would give it a thorough cleaning/lube 1st and recheck for function. Trying some different ammo would be wise also. If this does not pan out I would contact Remington for advice/service at 1-866-662-4869 or 1-800-243-9700.

give it a good cleaning following the link shotgunworld.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?f=55&t=91897 the mag tube should be wiped with a oily rag or use dry lube it should be dry to the touch (oil collects reside from firing and will cause jams) make sure ports in barrel are clear (small drill bit turned by hand works great)
