Spring for the Federal, its great stuff and functions perfectly in my PF9

Winchester makes good ammo as well as do other companies. As far as how they will compare in a kel tec the only good way to find out is trail and error. Your gun may or may not like theses shells or others. Best way is to purchase a couple different brands and see what your gun likes best, and in the process you get more range time in as well. The USA9MMVP are FMJ round nose and should work fine.

These aren't hollow point, just flat nosed FMJ (picture is stock photo) but they are flat nosed.

They will work just fine as target/plinker ammunition. You should test a box. If you pistol has issues with flat-nosed target ammo, you will have issues with hollow point self defense ammo more than likely.

I won't use them. The flat nose causes FTF in some guns. If yours is ammo picky, these will be a bad choice.
