Any Ruger Mini 14 or substantially-similar model rifle. Any Springfield Armory M1A or substantially-similar model rifle. Any rifle operated by a manual bolt, pump, lever, or slide action. Any semi-automatic rifle that cannot accept a detachable magazine that holds more than five rounds; i.e. the internal (fixed) magazine cannot accept more than five (5) rounds. All of the firearms on this list are permitted.
