I know Cimarron sells this but is it a Uberti or another manufacturer? Who makes it?

Robert - I just re-read that 'gunblast' review James G cited, and discovered on second reading it did NOT say this rifle was made in Texas. It said Cimarron Arms of Fredericksburg, TX is bringing them in ... It said "Today, it is left to foreign manufacturers to build the Model 92. Rossi in Brazil has been producing the rifles for many years, along with Armi San Marco in Italy for a while also. Now, Armi Sport of Italy is also producing the Model 92 rifles and carbines, and Cimarron Firearms in Fredericksburg, Texas is bringing in Armi Sport rifles built to their high standards." So, this rifle is made by Armi Sport of Italy, and imported by Cimarron of Texas. Sorry for the confusion. I should know better than to get in a hurry.
