Is this gun exempt from the ca roster?
Single action revolvers are exempt from the handgun roster requirement. I regularly see these for sale in California.

Yes it is exempt from the CA DOJ approval list FROM THE CA restrictions page "*Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7 ½ inches are permitted.
