  • The sights are removable. They both drift out but you need to be aware that the front sight has a .064 pin that must first be removed (there's a little hole in the top of the front sight and you drive it out after removing the barrel bushing) or it will shear off. The replacement will not have a pin. Many threaded barrels but they must be fitted to the gun.

  • Brayden, yes Sir. The sights are standard "Dovetail" sights and are easily removed with a sight tool. --- amazon.com/d/Gun-Maintenance/Pusher-Master-Install-Handguns-Yourself/B00BD65Y4C

  • yes the sights are removable press out of dovetail and press in new ones. There are aftermarket threaded 1911 barrels that will work they may require fitting (common with any 1911) and will at least require a good knowledge of how to check the fit and lockup of a 1911 before firing.
