I own 3 and 2 were purchased as Pro's and one did not say Pro. They are the "same" pistol (Millennium PT-111 G2). I tested the dickens out of the 1st one and now my wife and daughter both carry one. This should be a testament to the reliability I experienced first hand.

I promise you won't regret. I'm about to buy another Taurus now. They are putting out much improved firearms these days.

I wouldn't worry a bit. I would tell you the trigger on the original is awful and the guns had lots of issues. But Taurus has improved leaps and bounds in quality. I fully expect to see the price rise on these guns as the word gets out. They are very popular and lately I've seen more people at the range with a Taurus then any other model. I own a few and am steering you right. Its a quality firearm for a low price.
