Is this Legal in Hawaii?

Mossberg & Sons 590 Shockwave 20 Gauge Firearm
Feds says that this is a "Firearm". The State of Hawaii says that rifles and shotguns (Long gun) has to have a minimum barrel length of 18 inches. What is it?
