John - Can't say that I ever heard of a local FFL not wanting to make a quick few bucks for basically just making a phone call. This would be a clue to me to not patronize this particular gun dealer. SO how did you order without him sending a copy of his FFL to Buds? Buds won;t ship with out one , and if he is on their list and they have his license, then he does transfers.... and you wouldn't be asking about a refund if you hadn't already ordered and paid .. so I don't really understand your situation. If the problem is that you can't pass the background check, then you will most likely be charged a small fee for returning the gun to Buds, and their re-stocking fees. Call Buds customer service and discuss yoru situation with them .. maybe they can work something out for you.

John, you will need to contact Buds Customer Service to see if they can recommend another dealer or refund you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm 7 days a week.
