  • I like the safety!! Up to the individual. The 365 is a GREAT weapon! I am looking for one now--though it may take several more months to find one. Roy

  • Yes I have seen them with manual safeties available for purchase now. Just kind of have to find them but I have seen them available. And to the guy who thinks a manual safety ruins a gun, let me enlighten you and anyone else who is ignorant about gun safeties and training. I have trained with a rifle, shotgun, and pistol with a manual safety my whole life. When you train and learn the manual of arms for whatever firearm that you are training with, you want to make sure and carry a gun with the same manual of arms that you trained with, or your training is worthless. Whether a gun has a manual safety or not does not matter, what matters is that you train with your weapon and carry a weapon with the same manual of arms as your concealed carry sidearm. Stop spreading lies that a manual safety ruins a gun, it does not ruin a gun. If you are unfamiliar with a gun with a manual safety, then don't carry a gun with a manual safety. But if you trained with a manual safety, then you better carry a pistol with a manual safety because that is the manual of arms that you "know" and that is what matters. So stop spreading these ignorant lies that a manual safety ruins a gun or will get you killed because it's just ignorant selfish discriminatory opinions spread by people without knowledge. You must carry a firearm you know how to operate, whether you trained with a safety or not doesn't matter, carrying the one you know how to operate backwards and forwards is what matters!

  • Sal - Surely you're not waiting on one with a safety? Can't understand why people want to mess up a very nice pistol by adding a manual safety to add to their reaction time in an emergency. I mean, look how many millions of man hours Glocks have been carried without manual safeties by both law enforcement and civilians ... and tell me how many times you ever heard of any problems resulting from the lack of a manual safety. Ever, Seriously? If you get his pistol with a safety, you need to train and train and train with it .. setting he safety "on" every time you insert a new magazine, and then pushing it "off" every single time you draw it and start to shoot the target. Motor memory has to be trained to automatically tune off that safety every single time. I can not understand why people insist on handicapping themselves .. before they are even in a defensive situation.
