Sergio, No magazine, 10 round magazine. It does not matter. This firearm is prohibited in CA. All Sig P320s are against the law in CA.

Sergio - No sir, can not ship this to CA. Sig has not paid CA for the 'testing' of this pistol. In other words, SIG hasn't paid California's 'extortion' fees to get this pistol on the CA approved list.

even with 10 round mags it is still illegal in CA because this model was not submitted to Ca and Sig would not pay for the testing to get it approved. Also with the courts saying that CA can enforce the micro stamping laws do not expect ANY new guns to be added to the CA DOJ approved list. The microstamping technology does not exist to pass the CA requirements
