Does the laser come already installed on the gun?

Yes, and it should already be zeroed properly from the factory but small adjustments can be made with a small tool that should also be included.

yes it comes installed but as to if it is sighted in that will depend on the ammo you are using

Ellis, yes Sir and is sighted in for 15 yards or so. You will need to make fine adjustments for further out shooting.
