I'm looking forward to getting this firearm shipped to me in Rhode Island. I have family in California. Will I be able to travel with this? Also, I'm aware I will need a shotgun case in order to fly with this. Do I give it to the airline separately or have it put in my checked luggage? And is there an extra charge?
Thanks in advance! God Bless all of you in Jesus' name!

Evelina, You will need an approved case that locks and can not be pried open. Goes with checked luggage. Ammunition in separate locked secure container. Make sure you keep your keys secure but handy. You WILL be asked to open case at some point for the TSA. Depending on airline there will be additional paperwork and fees.
