When it says Fixed Sight is that mean you can't change the Front sight with the Fiber optic sight? Newbie here!!!

JB, FS = Fixed Sights as far as not adjustable. They are easily removable for replacement to Night, Fiber Optic or other better sights. Demo video here : youtube.com/watch?v=UuSLHok8JDU
Fixed as in they are non-adjustable and not night sights, they can definitely still be replaced.

Jeb, FS acronym stands for polymer 'Factory Sights' the Glock goal post rear sight and dot front. Rear sight is dovetailed in to adjust for windage or to replace. Front sight is fastened by screw with sight post through slide. This model has a MOS plate in front of rear sight to mount optic/red dot/reflex sight. You have all kinds of sight options on this firearm.
