What is the difference between the 22862 and the22859 and are they both 5.56 nato or they 223 cal.?

Irv, They are the same except 22862/65 is set up for 'Left handers' and 22859 is 'Right handed'

Irv, same core rifles with the 22862 having a Left Hand Bolt and 22859 having a Right Hand Bolt.
