I see 2 different LE editions on the website. One says law enforcement only is is a hundred buck more. What's the difference? Can a no law officer buy the cheaper of the 2?

Phillip, yes non LE can purchase either. The less expensive model includes 3 Dot metal sights while the other has XS Tritium Night Sights. The biggest reason for the cost difference is there are more of the lower priced model in stock. Buds prices are tied to stock level.
