Gene, when I do a mock checkout on this rifle there is a $5 insurance charge. To get the "Cash" price you must select "E-Check" payment option for an ACH/Bank draft. Credit/Debit option will add 3% to the cash price. I'm given 4 options for checkout. If you still have issues, just select the
