I really want an at-15, but I don't want to end up spending tons of money yet. Does this rifle have a good upper and lower to add top notch aftermarket parts on later, for example: a proof carbon fiber barrel, lancer lightweight forend, foztech echo trigger 2... etc. etc.

There are cheaper ones that will build the same. But this one is nice to use now, so if it takes you awhile to get to the project, you still have a nice ready AR as it is.
