  • Its possible its an A, because it doesn't say B either. A Buds employee may be able to find out and update this listing. If you really want one, I'd call 1-859-368-0371 to find out if its marked A or B.

  • The "M" doesn't matter, it just stands for model, however the "A" does, it needs that A in the SKU or it is not CA legal. So I'm afraid this one is not.

  • I see the 329PD is. The ca doj website does not not list the M329PD. There is also an A after the part # on the handgun roster. Slightly different. You might want to call buds or local FFL directly to confirm that they could receive it.
