Matthew, easy as pie but, the classification goes from a standard Handgun/Pistol to an NFA SBR Short Barreled Rifle and has to be registered along with the $200 Tax Stamp. Until this has been completed, this is an illegal firearm.

$200 tax stamp and several months wait to legally manufacture an SBR. Parts-wise it would require replacing the pistol buffer tube with a rifle tube and then installing the stock. Do not do this without filing an ATF Form 1
