  • Well, ultimately you can. But I don’t recommend it. California will get angry. If you happen to use it in a self defense situation and it’s concluded you altered the firearm it won’t be a good idea. The loaded chamber indicator is a major function that makes the pistol CA compliant. You don’t want to risk your Second Amendment right. I know it’s weird, but in the eyes of the law it’s a no no.
