Threaded barrel option?

Is there going to be a special threaded barrel model or does it come threaded? Surely we won’t have to pay again to obtain another barrel when so many other 22’s come threaded standard.

Mark, There will be a separate threaded barrel that can be purchased. No threaded barrel model directly from Glock yet.

In the Firearm Blog Exclusive yesterday, Dec 10th, they reported that a threaded barrel would be available at the time the pistol hit the market. It sounds as if it will be a separate purchase item, at least at first.
