Does this include any choke tubes? If so what ones?

It does. Um I think it has 3. Chokes Included Full, Modified, Improved Cylinder.

It should just be 3 chokes. It has the typical Full choke, modified choke, and the normal cylinder choke. It was my pleasure to assist you.
