Good to go in MASS., this has a fixed stock, not telescoping. It has a detachable magazine AND only one of the two evil features, a pistol grip. Should be good to go.

James, no Sir. It has a combination of too many restricted features that MA deems taboo. Detachable Magazine, Pistol Grip and Telescoping Stock.
