sorry its not on the CA DOJ approved list there are no approved walther 380 guns oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=151005

Todd, No this Walther CCP is not on the CA AGO's approved roster of handguns. Of the 10 Walthers that are on the approved list they are all 22 lr and 1 - 9 mm. No Walther .380 ACPs on approved list.
