Hi,
I believe this is legal in CT as this is semi shotgun with pistol grip with less than 5 round fixed magazine and no folding stock. Check CT laws on Buds here (budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf) I would, however, contact Buds to see if they are willing to sell it to you as sometime retailer take extra precaution. You can contact Buds 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. I hope this helps.
