I believe this is legal in CT as this is semi shotgun with pistol grip with less than 5 round fixed magazine and no folding stock. Check CT laws on Buds here (budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf) I would, however, contact Buds to see if they are willing to sell it to you as sometime retailer take extra precaution.
