Brandon, this would ship to a local FFL dealer for transfer to you(you would pick your local dealer by zip code when ordering). Buds ships firearms for free and you don't pay tax if you are outside of KY. The only fee is a $1 per $100 insurance fee. If you pay by E-Check, ACH Bank Draft you pay Bud's cash price. If you pay by Credit or Debit Card just add 3%. As long as you are legal to purchase, it's not much more difficult than any other online order.
