Absolutely. That's what riot guns or home defense guns are made for.... heavy rounds. They'll eat anything. Up to 3 inches. Good luck.

Yes. You can shoot anything from a cylinder barrel but use a rifled barrel for best results.

Trent, yes Sir, you can. Best results will be from a rifled or foster type slug. Sabot slugs are designed to be shot through a rifled barrel. Your only consideration is test to make sure it will cycle low recoil slugs. Full Power Slugs will run no issue. Cheers and stay safe.

Yes you can, but not with an extra full choke.
