YES, this comes with two grip extensions that allows you to adjust grip size for small/medium/large hands. You can also purchase after market grip insert to make it EXTRA LARGE. I hope this helps!

I'm 6'2" 210 and I have the full size version of this gun and it fits perfectly in my hands, this compact can still run a full size magazine with an available spacer it gives you the same length grip that the full size does.
