Robert, the muzzle will not fit with the laser installed. you will need a laser specific holster PK380 such as : amazon.com/Walther-PK380-Factory-Leather-Holster/dp/B00D6MR7SC/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1509653599&sr=8-4&keywords=holster+for+pk380+with+laser --- If you go to the PK380 w/laser and scroll towards the bottom, it will list items including holsters that will fir the selected model.
