I sent the slide to Dawson Precision to have them put a fiber optic front sight on it. No one makes a rear sight that will fit without re-machining the rear dovetail.
You will need to send them a "grouping" target for pattern recognition so they can get the fit correct. Go to the range and shoot one box of ammo at the maximum range at which you can get a good grouping. Basically shoot at the same distance, using the same grip and stance. Your looking to establish a pattern so they can see how off or on the sights are. Then just write the distance on the target with a pen or pencil and ship it with the slide. They will calculate what needs to be done from the POA vs the POI, call you, and give you their recommendations. You will have to get custom fitted sights for the Girsan. An inexpensive option would be to have your current sights modified to nite Sights : nitesiters.com/
