This is one of three LEO pistols I've purchased from Bud's. The other two being G22s. ALL THREE came in great condition. As far as the descriptions go on these trade-ins, what you see is what you get. Be aware of that and don't complain when you get one with night sights that may need replacing. However, this M&P was in top shape, sights were still great and the gun ate everything I fed it. It barely had any wear marks on it and I'm curious to know if this was even drawn out of the holster more than once a year. Not a complaint at all on this gun!

Buds shipping was incredible, ordered on Sunday, shipped Monday and at my FFL Thursday morning. After seeing all the glowing reviews on this used M&P40 I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. I have to say I must have gotten the bottom of the barrel and I'm a little disappointed. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but its definitely a bit more worn than I was expecting. Holster marks in the middle and front f the slide and the night sights are dead. I guess its just my bad luck because I don't think I read another reviewer that the sights didn't work.

This is a solid gun. I was skeptical because it was used. The gun came with the two other backstraps for ergonomics. It only came with one magazine but that was advertised. The barrel was in very good condition. However, it did not come with night sights like advertised. It had the regular white dot on there. It also had minor rusting around the front and rear sight. I think Buds should be careful for advertising the night sights because I believe that is a major selling point. I was disappointed when I found out they were not installed.

Excellent pistol; excellent used condition as stated and night sights are bright as if they were new. The magazine looks hardly used and the spring is still very stiff! I ordered two extra used mags to go with it and the were in the same condition! I'm thinking I basicly got a new pistol with night sights and trigger work for a 30% discount.

Thrilled with my purchase. The M&P 40 is in great shape. It has been used but not abused. Blueing is still in good shape with minimal wear, and the night sights are still bright. Don't be afraid of the "Used" M&P. These are in great condition and save a bundle over new. Only negative is they only have 1 magazine. But the interchangeable palm swells are included. Overall a great buy.

Again, Bud's provided me fast reliable service. I ordered my S&W, M&P .40 late Friday afternoon and picked it up at my FFL dealer on Tuesday afternoon. The description was right on the money. Thanks guys! As for the pistol...it's a law enforcement trade in, great condition, very little wear, accurate description on Bud's web site. By choosing this trade in, I saved a lot of money from having to buy a new one that would look like this one in a few months. The gun looks and shoots great.

Got the M&P40 yesterday afternoon and shot it there at the range where I picked it up. Amazing handgun, better trigger than the SD40 I own, the Trijicon night sights that came with it are still bright as ever. Since its a used trade in, it did have a little bit of the blue wearing off but I touched it up with some cold blue and it looks 100% brand new. Best striker fired handgun I've owned and for 429 you can't beat it.
