The Master Lock Adjustable Gun Locks do what they say. They're a good product in terms of working as they should and being a quality item, but unfortunately, I won't be using mine. As a first time gun buyer, I purchased two of these, thinking they would work well on my Ruger and Glock. I later found out I was way off about using them for a Glock, as these seem to be for revolver use. I won't be using it with my Ruger KGP-141 Magnum Revolver either though. Although it works just fine, I've found it's easier to use the safety locks provided with the guns. Had I known new pistols come with locks, I would not have purchased these. If you are in need of sturdy, secure trigger locks, these will definitely work. But if you're like I was, new to owning guns, find out if your gun comes with a lock of it's own prior to purchasing these; it may turn out to be more practical to use the included lock, than to purchase these.
