Great looking pistol, low bore axis, feels great in the hand, all steel construction, very nice sight, extremely smooth trigger.

What can I say? its a cz plus its the tso, most likely the best gun ever made, it makes e en a average shooter look like a ravin pro. If you have shot one you already know what I am talking about. My shopping experience with Buds was great.

Amazingly well built handgun. I had only shot my brother's Shadow 2, which is a great, very accurate pistol, so I decided to drop the large chunk of change to buy this. It did not disappoint. Arrived in nice over-sized case, with 3 20-round mags, a few small torx for sights and such, cable lock and a small bottle of oil. It shot slightly high, but in a tight group, so a couple of clicks on the elevation and it was now shooting as well as his Shadow 2. I hadn't realized the TSO had a larger frame, so his pistol actually fits my small hands better. I might actually trade him, if not for the $700 difference. The smoothness of the slide and the trigger on the TSO are even slightly better than the Shadow 2, which I wouldn't have thought possible. This pistol is made for competition shooting, which my older (increasingly unsteady) hands will never be able to do, but it's still a really fun gun just to take out to the range and be amazed. If you're looking to drop $2K on a toy, it will not disappoint.

This pistol is perfect in every function, looks are great, trigger pull is light and flawless, thumb rest adds a whole lot of help on accuracy, just nothing to improve on!

I have multiple 1911's. I have spent time shooting Dan Wesson's, Wilson Combat's and STI 2011's.
That being said..... the CZ TSO gives up NOTHING to any of the above mentioned pistols. It is as good or better than most anything costing twice as much.
Fit, finish, feel and accuracy are all beyond my expectations.
I can't recommend this CZ enough.

This is undoubtedly one of the best 9mm for competition right out of the box! The trigger is excellent at just under 2 lbs. and the reset is ultra-short. With the mag well and three 20 rd mags it’s ready to go! I really like the “brake pedal” for your left thumb as well. Recoil is virtually non-existent with the weight and design of this CZ follow up shots are fast and accurate! If you’re on the fence, go ahead and get one while you can!

This gun exceeds all expectations! Since it's a SAO, it has one of the best triggers of all time. Outshoots even my 1911. Extremely accurate with minuscule recoil due to weight, design, and balance. Definitely worth the price, the gun even comes with extra springs, parts, etc. A complete package!

I'm not sure how a competition gun could be better in any meaningful way.
The weighted frame does a great job absorbing the recoil of 9mm rounds. Without a doubt, the recoil on this gun is much more controllable than on my Glock 34, even with 10oz of added frame weights. Follow-up shots are measurably faster.
The sights are what is now considered standard among USPSA Limited class shooters: Red dot front adjustable black rear. They do their job very well. Typically, I like taller sights, but with the limited amount of recoil on this gun, they are well-matched
Reliability has not been a problem, but I have not shot any reduced loads. If you want to compete with reduced loads, lighter springs are included with the gun.
Accuracy is ridiculous. This is the most accurate pistol that I own. I haven't put it on a bench, but I can tell you that I'm missing less with this gun. You don't carry a bench with you when you shoot IPSC or steel, so in the actual shooting arena, that doesn't matter. In a more practical shooting setting, the increase in accuracy speaks not only to the gun's mechanical capabilities, but also the user-friendly, comfortable interface of the total package. You just have to shoot it to understand. The American blood in my veins wants some version of a 1911 to be the best-gun-ever, but my hands like this package more. It just shoots well. Czech it out for yourself. (sorry)
The only area where an STI has this gun beat, by a very small margin, is the trigger. If I was to compare triggers side-by-side with my STI 2011, I'd say the STI is just slightly crisper/lighter/more predictable/better. 9/10 vs 10/10. However, the price difference is $1250; with $1250 in trigger work, I'm sure I could make the CZ trigger as good or more likely better. However, I would consider the differences in the triggers to be more academic than practical. In an actual competition setting, neither trigger is going to hold you back. You'd perform better by spending $1250 on ammo and practicing with the gun as it comes in the factory case.
Just get one. You'l like it, you'll shoot it, and then you'll love it.
