Very accurate budget rifle. Very impressed

Decent hunting rifle for the money. Price point may scare some folks away because they believe "you get what you pay for". Well, I paid $250 for mine and transfered a scope from a different rifle and reliably hold a 2.5" group at 200 yards from my bench. Is it a gun that will win trophies? No. It will however put meat on your table without destroying your wallet. It is a polymer stock, so it's light and doesn't manage recoil well. That being said, the buttpad is comfortable and absorbs said recoil very well. All in all, a good investment.

I was very skeptical about this rifle based on price, but after looking at the reviews I took a chance, and I have to say this is by far one of the best purchases I’ve made on a bolt action rifle. The T/C compass is extremely accurate, with a really smooth action on the bolt. I absolutely love the three tier safety, and the threaded barrel option, that gives you many more options for muzzle breaks or suppressors. Perhaps the only negative “in my opinion” is the picattiny rails which seemed cheap and didn’t work with my leatherwood auto range scope. I did find a company that makes the rails specifically for T/C compass and replaced the original rails. Otherwise this is an exceptionally well priced bolt action rifle and well worth the price. As always the shipping department deserves many accolades for their outstanding speed and shipping.
