I love 38's. Especially light weight..."carry in your pocket" pistols. There is no comparison "in my opinion" to the trigger pull on my new Ruger Copper compared to the other 38's that I have. I'm not a big gun guy, but I am an Engineer that has spent a ton of time in the machining industry and I know quality. This piece is excellent. I will buy one for my wife and daughter. Using low grain Defense rounds the pistol is easy to shoot with little recoil. I just wish that the trigger pull specifications where more readily available on all revolvers. Maybe the info is available and I just don't know where to look for it.

A lovely little snubby, easy to load, shoot, and clean. Like most snubbies the short sight picture and the long trigger pull make it hard to shoot consistently at distance. I might carry this as a backup, depending on what I am doing that day. I like the copper cylinder. But I would not use a copper brush on it. I've been using nylon brush instead. If you are looking for a snubby and understand its limitations you'll be happy with this one.

Female shooter here. LOVE this gun. My CCW. Recoil is very manageable. Grip is super comfy. Easily shoot 50+ rounds w no discomfort. Trigger is perfect. Lightweight and still feels solid. Wouldn't trade it for anything. I feel in control w this gun.

I got this as an understudy to the GP 100, so that I could carry a revolver. I haven't carried it that much, but then again I haven't carried anything at all due to workplace constraints. I'm new to both, so there will be some adjustment. I like the LCR, it's light so it will hurt a little with recoil and +P's, but I won't be that much of a wuss about it. The mule copper edition is good as far as I'm concerned. Why pay more, especially at Bud's. Again I like it in conjunction with the GP 100, as that is more fun to shoot. I can't compare it to the Smith, but it seems that the LCR might be preferable to most reviewers. Haven't found a holster I love with it. Part of the adjustment. I'm not terribly accurate with it yet, but it sure beats a sharp stick. If you are thinking about it as a carry, I would get it again. Not as fun to shoot, but it has a different purpose. Thinking about the Redhawk 454 or the Single Nine next. Definitely a revolver guy, but may look into the M&P deal Smith has going too. The trigger was creaking recently as I slow pulled a few dry fires. Overall a delightful trigger and gun.

Unbelievably light, and a lot more compact than imagined. Handgun arrived in amazing condition with no blemishes or tool marks. Have owned many snubnose 38's from Smith and Wessons to Taurus's and this is definitely the lightest, most accurate and comfortable snubnose 38 I've ever fired.

Shipped quickly and was in perfect condition. What a great price! The copper cylinder is awesome and the LCR is lighter than I imagined. Love this gun and love Bud's!

super light and great feeling snub nose. The grip is short a finger, incase you didnt notice! haha. The guns cylinder will only slam shut when fully loaded, and sometimes the ejector does not eject the shells. The +p rounds sting your hand a little, but the regular rounds are a small kick with this grip and weight of gun. The copper cylinder is awesome, I immediately replaced the original sight with a hiviz green sight. The hogue grip is nice, not sticky, but soft. Really solid action. The transfer bar rattles a little but it's barely audible and didn't make any noise in holster or pocket.
