Are there any Mec-Gar magazines that will fit?

Not finding any mecgar magazines for this, could only find promag or ets. The promag ones are on Midway USA. Buds only has smith and Wesson brand magazines for this in stock. Hope this helps.

This model is not milled for optics mounting, I do not know of any full size M&P guns that come optics ready from the factory, just a few models of the Shield that have the slide cut. I personally have never ran into an issue with any S&W product and I own several. However that streak stops on this purchase. I picked up the firearm from my FFL on 1/14/21. At the time of pickup everything looked to be fine. However once home and after a good clean and lube I noticed the slide had a lot of play in it that wasn't noticed at time of pickup. I mean this gun has so much sloppy play that it rattles terrible if you even lightly shake the pistol. The pistol I received would likely not pass S&W's or any quality control department. Just disappointed as I spent good money on this pistol. A law enforcement friend suggested I take it to a gun smith or gun shop to see if it is safe for use.
