I love this shotgun, I have no complaints and love the green.

I like this shot gun a lot. Hi brass, lo brass, 2-3/4'', 3'' doesn't matter, it eats it all. It has a nice trigger pull at 4.5 lbs. It is pretty light though and you know when shooting heavy loads.

The Beretta 1301 Tactical is a terrific shotgun that's well made and extremely reliable. I have shot Berettas in competitive shooting for years and they will digest thousands of rounds of all types of ammo without a problem. The revised gas-operated system cycles rounds way faster than most other semi-autos on the market (it might tie with the Benelli).
The one accessory I recommend for this is a Nordic Components Beretta 1301 Tactical MXT 7 Round Extension Kit, which turns this into a 7+1 gun. The Nordic also provides a mounting point for a light and an attachment point for a sling, should you opt to install them.
