Jason, yes, any mlok foregrip will fit this. No need to buy a mlok rail unless the foregrip you want attaches using picatinny. This has a milspec buffer tube. If you are ever unsure if your buffer tube is milspec or commercial, milspec buffer tubes the end will be flat, where the commercial buffer tube the end of it will be slightly slanted. Hope this helps.

Ronnie, yes this will shoot either one. Barrels stamped 5.56 can shoot either round safely, while those stamped .223 should only be fired with .223 ammunition. Have a great day!

It can safety shoot both .223 and 5.56 ammo 223 is just a slightly light 5.56 load so you can shoot both 5.56 and .223 in a 5.56 gun but you should not shoot 5.56 in a .223 only gun

According to diamondback they come with a Magpul Moe stock. Like you said I've seen websites with both but I'd imagine diamondback would know best. You could try contacting buds at 859-368-0371 and ask but really think it's the Magpul stock. Hope this helps.
