Bond Arms Texan 410/45 Long Colt Derringer - Stainless/Silver, 6" Barrel, 2 Rounds, Wood Grips

“Think twice before messing with Texas” -perfect! This was my second bond arms derringer. I bought the rowdy first and decided I wanted the nicest one I could find. The Texan was the longest barrel available at the time- done deal. I also thought I would like to get a bit more velocity out of the 45 colt/410. I have not chronographed the difference between the 2 but I can say that I am more accurate with the long barrel. I like these darn things a lot. They are well made, will out live me and my kids, and are classic looking enough to not go out of style. Now to find the 6” 357 mag barrel to go with it…..

More fun than a barrel full of monkeys and a very worthy piece to have on you in the woods. First, this is a very accurate gun. Does extremely well with cowboy action 45lc as well as 410 - allowing you to choose from capable knockdown power or shot spread. I usually keep 3” 5-ball buckshot in it for defense, but I have no problems squirrel hunting with it using #8 shot. Also, it is built like a tank. This could possibly be the ultimate SHTF side arm.

One of my favorite guns I’ve fired!! Such an awesome experience and one hell of self defense- bed - car gun, point and destroy. This is my second bond arms, had to get one that could shoot the 3 inch Winchester pdx defender. Love it , recommend it, shoot it , then shoot it again! Yea hah!!

I liked this Derringer very much. The only thing I am not crazy about is having to Snug the Rose Wood Grips up . As worried about over tighting to keep the Grips from Shifting around on the Frame.O r Splitting or Cracking out . Where the Grip Screw goes into the Brass Parts on the same Grips. Other than that I Love this 2 Shot Shooter...

One awesome little pistol . Very well made and reliable. The recoil is way less that I was expecting. It’s now my favorite carry gun for fishing and camping because of the 410 shell .
