Unfortunately no because it has a pistol grip, collapsible stock, threaded barrel, flash hider. Sorry but hope this helps.

Will this ship to a NJ FFL whos willing to do compliance work? Or will it not be shipped to NJ at all?

Unfortunately buds won't ship it to new jersey at all because a firearm needs to be state compliant before they'll ship it and buds won't alter a firearm in any way to make it state compliant/legal other than removing the magazine. Sorry but hope this helps.

Jared, Bud's will not ship to NJ FFL unless it is complaint as is. Your best bet is to buy one locally from a gun shop who will do the compliant work. Just needs stock pinned and muzzle brake pinned/welded, as I'm sure you already know. Hope you are ok with these tornadoes passing thru tonight, one was 3 miles from my house. no it must be compliant for buds to ship it. buds will ship a gun without a magazine if the capacity is the ONLY reason it is not compliant
