Pros and cons. For a pocket gun this is surprising accurate enough for somewhat real target shooting. It even has adjustable and fairly tight sights. Heavy weight makes shooting even nicer. You'll have to check ammo choice as the feed ramp is steep but I think this is common in small .380's. I've found several HP and round nose ammo choices that work real well.
Cons are the lack of a slide lock (besides when the empty mag locks the slide back), the heavy weight weight and the strong and focused grab required to cycle the slide. I'll also note that my stainless version came quite unfinished where de-burring of sharp edges was required. All in all fun and I recommend but it's more of a novelty for me than a go-to tool.
Buds was fantastic of course once again. I highly recommend Buds.

Love it. This is the second PPK I have owned. Had others but the PPK is the best. Chaz

Well made piece but not enough punch for me. I do appreciate all the safety features especially the decocker. Will look iNto a compact 9mm later on though.

2nd purchase from Buds, and as usual - smooth and quick transaction. The PPK is a great little gun, and is really fun to shoot. Fed it about 250 Gold Dots over several sessions and I was hooked - no issues whatsoever. Little guns like this you need to be aware and work on your grip and trigger control while you're breaking it in. Hammer/slide bite can be an issue (and was for me) but you just need to train through it with the PPK. Just realize that the sights are small, a bit hard to pick up, and your sight length is really short, so any flaws in technique become magnified more than you expect. This is true for all pocket pistols though, and the form-factor is not really meant for 100+ yards accuracy. Don't let that dissuade you though - the PPK looks great, and shoots great too!

This was my second purchase from Buds and they are the only people to buy to buy from. Took it to the range after stripping it down and oiling it at home and it performed flawlessly. No loading or feeding problems through first 50 rounds. Pistol is very accurate and my wife loves it after shooting my Beretta 92. I only got to shoot 5 rds through it. She has now laid claim to it, so I guess I will have to order me one.

This is a great little gun that's fun to shoot. It had some trouble chambering rounds when it was brand new but after the 200 round break-in it works flawlessly. Whenever I'm around "Gun Guys" and we start comparing what we carry the PPK is always the Bell of the Ball, everybody loves it. I got a set of Hogue wooden grips that really set it off. I'd recommend it to anyone.

This gun was my first purchase through Buds, and I couldn't be more impressed. I received it within 6 days. Out of the box it had a hard time loading rounds into the chamber by itself, but improved with use. This gun is so easy to shoot and very accurate. It's very easy to conceal, I carry it everywhere. All an all it is a very well made gun. I recommend it to everyone.

My wife loved shooting my Colt military 45. After injuring her right arm, the colt proved to be too much for her. We went to Bud's and this is what they recommended for her for concealed carry. She loves this weapon as it has virtually no strain on her arm and is easily concealable. Its grip size and the extended magazine work very well for her.

Because production was stopped in 2012 when Smith &Wesson was producing them. Production has resumed at the Walther plant in Ft Smith Arkansas and the PPK will be available in both blue and stainless. The long wait is coming to an end.

While I am sure Buds has them on order there is no way of knowing when it will be back in stock. I suggest that you click the notify me button and Buds will email you when they are available this in no way obligates you to purchase the gun. It just notifies you that they are available again we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
